Story of RollTop Creamery

RollTop Creamery Started when two best friends, Carson Bankord and Jake Hopkins, saw an opportunity to create something special. When the Covid-19 Pandemic hit in 2020, they watched as their friend’s weddings, parties, and gatherings got put on hold for over a year and everyone wondered when they would have a sense of normalcy again. They wanted to create something that looked forward to the future, when we could all be together again. Carson and Jake set out to learn everything they could about rolled ice cream. It was love at first taste. They learned that not only is it the freshest way to eat ice cream, but the actual creation process itself provides a fun and joyful addition to any gathering big or small. Since 2021, many smiles have been served at birthday parties, weddings, corporate events and family gatherings! RollTop Creamery quickly became an incredible way to take events to the next level with the best rolled ice cream in town!

In 2024, The Snover Family was entrusted with the incredible responsibility to keep sharing smiles with every roll. The Snover’s (David, Tina, Brenae & Lizzie) acquired RollTop Creamery in April of 2024. They reside in Grand Junction, Colorado, where they offer custom, fresh, rolled ice cream creations at your event in Western Colorado. The Snovers are no strangers to homemade ice cream as they are a 4th generation of homemade, family hand-cranked ice cream lovers. The Snover Family promises to maintain a high level of quality, freshness and custom rolled ice cream that brings family and friends together with full joy and love for all.
